Frances Naza Ihenacho
Frances is a product manager and technologist driven by a deep belief that access to opportunity should never be limited by gender or circumstance.
Holding a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Frances brings the perspective of a woman who has navigated STEM from the inside — understanding both the technical world and the barriers that too often stand between talented girls and the careers they deserve.
In her professional life, Frances is a product manager with experience spanning B2B SaaS, technology integrations, and data-driven product development.
At Osaide, Frances has played an active role in shaping the Foundation's operational systems, scholarship processes, and strategic partnerships. She brings the same rigour and clarity of thought to the Foundation's work that she applies in her professional career: identifying the right problem, designing the right solution, and measuring what matters.
